Thank your for your interest in the GSBC Community Banking 2012 Seminar on July 23-July 25, 2012. This seminar will take place during the 2012 GSBC Banking School Session in Boulder, CO. Please complete this registration form to confirm your attendance!

The registration fee is $675 per attendee ($575 if two or more attend from the same institution) and is due at the time of registration. The registration deadline is May 22, 2012. You will be directed to the payment screen upon completion of this survey.

Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will send you a confirmation that includes preferred Boulder hotel information. Lodging is not included in the registration fee and attendees will be responsible to make their own lodging reservations.

Please note: if you cancel your registration after May 22, 2012 a $100 cancellation fee will be incurred. After June 22, 2012 GSBC will retain 1/2 of the registration fee. After July 7, 2012 GSBC will retain the entire registration fee.
