Your answers will help us understand the impact International Dance Festival Birmingham (IDFB 2010) has had on people who experienced it, and will inform how we shape future Festivals.

Everyone who completes this questionnaire will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five prizes, including a Bullring giftcard for £50. Please ensure you provide your contact details to secure entry to the draw.

Information supplied will be used for research and statistical analysis by IDFB, its organisers, and Arts Council England for monitoring the West Midlands Culture Programme for London 2012.
