Welcome to the test for course MA40-CON. This course is designed to introduce and develop the advanced principles of a code of conduct especially as it relates to CAS. In addition, it reviews Confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Objectives:
1. Describe important components of a CAS Code of Conduct
2. Identify and define aspects of CFR 42 Part 2
3. Identify how Privacy Rule and Confidentiality interact in an AOD setting
This course, with the completion of payment and 80% success on the test, is approved for three Continuing Education Hours with the following providers.

Other certifying agencies may accept this certificate but it is your responsibility to check with the certifying or employment agency before paying and receiving certificate.
Mental Health System's Mead Academy will keep all CE information for four years from date of course. There are no refunds once the test is completed. There is a ten dollar fee for replacing a completion certificates.
