Ballot for Officers for 2013

IMC Carolinas is pleased to announce the slate of candidates for election to positions of Officers and Directors of the IMC Carolinas chapter.

This election will officially take place at the February 11, 2013 IMC Carolinas meeting beginning 1:30 pm at the Sheraton Greensboro Hotel / Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, NC. We again offer two voting options to those who cannot attend the meeting.

1. Vote electronically - this survey acts as a ballot should you wish to use this method. PLEASE vote only once - duplicate entries will be disqualified. OR ....

2. Assign your proxy to Jennifer Leake CMC, Carolinas Membership Chair. Instead of voting, simply authorize your proxy at the end of this survey.

All proxies and electronic votes must be received by noon on Friday, February 8, 2013 to be valid.
