Tell me how this subject makes you feel? It sounds great, but does it work for hemangioblastomas? I am skeptical about these options. The technology is so complex it makes my head spin. The term "stereotactic radiotherapy" (SRS) is the generic name for this kind of treatment. What would you like to know about this subject? Is there a difference in using this treatment for hemangioblastoma versus other kinds of brain tumors? Are there qualitative differences among the various machines used for SRS (Gamma knife, Cyberknife, etc)? Does this stuff work for hemangiobmastoma? What is the patient experience of the treatment itself? What is the outcome likely to be -- in 6 months or a year following treatment, will I be better off or not? What happens if it doesn't work?
