Introduction

 
If you have been a customer of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) in Pennsylvania in the past year, we need your feedback.

Also, if someone you represent is or has been a customer of OVR, or if you have been a customer of OVR in the past, we need your help. Your answers to this survey will help OVR better serve you and other people.

The Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council, as stated in the Rehabilitation Act, is responsible for conducting a yearly review and analysis of the effectiveness of Pennsylvania’s vocational rehabilitation services and customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction Committee members read every one of the completed surveys and will provide OVR with all data collected. Customer Satisfaction Committee members use the data collected from this survey, especially in areas that need improvement, and work with OVR throughout the year to improve those service areas.

By completing this survey you are helping us to ensure that quality vocational rehabilitation services continue to be provided in Pennsylvania.
