Why do you want to write and publish a children's book? I have a great idea for a children's book that won't leave me alone!

There is a child/children in my life who've inspired me to create something special.

There seems to be a lack of really good content for kids in children's books these days.

When I come across some of the children's books that are being published, I find myself thinking, "I could do as good/better than that!"
