iCONN Database Reliability

iCONN wants to know how reliable its databases are; that is, how much they can be counted on to be up and running when needed by libraries and their patrons. This very brief survey for library workers of all types will give us that information. iCONN will use that information to evaluate its resources.

3.How reliable are iCONN's ProQuest databases (Newspapers for all libraries, HeritageQuest for public libraries and ABI Inform for academic libraries)? That is, how much can you count on them to be up and running when you need them?
4.FOR ACADEMIC LIBRARIES ONLY: How reliable are iCONN's EBSCO databases (CINAHL and PsycINFO)? That is, how much can you count on them to be up and running when you need them?
