The following survey will ask you a few quick questions. Our staff will be in touch within one business day with confirmation that your team has been set up in our registration database. From there, you can start recruiting!
Survey questions include:
- Your name?
- Your email address?
- Your team name?
- Estmated team size (less than 10, 11-25, 26-50, 50+ or are you not sure yet?)
- Team payment (will individuals be taking care of their own registrations, is your team a sponsor, will a company/organization be paying for individual registrations or are you not sure yet?)
- How did you hear about Seattle Works Day?
- Is there anything you’d like to share with us about yourself or your team?
