NSUN Carers Survey

We want to find out what you feel is needed in your region and at national level, to best support friends-and-family of people with mental-health difficulties. We will use the information to establish the aims and objectives of a network, if needed, and identify the main areas of interest, concern and support needs to work on.

Personal comments will remain anonymous but will be combined with other responses to inform what we do now and in the future.

NSUN will process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Your response on the survey will be anonymous. We only collect name and email address in order to deter possible spam. We undertake not to use your e-mail to send you spam or sell your details to others. Your name and contact details will be deleted from the survey once the findings are analysed.
