The survey is part of a dissertation research project being conducted by Fred Howell. Upon successfully completing the analysis, writing and defense of the dissertation a copy will be provided to the the New England chapter of the ISSA.

The subject of the survey is encryption as a tool in meeting legal and regulatory compliance.

Below are 17 statements about encryption encryption as a data protection tool to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
