1. Arts Access Survey for People with Disabilities and Their Families

 
The purpose of this survey is for Arts Access NC to learn more about what school and community based art activities people with disabilities are taking part in, we would also like to identify barriers to participation and successful teachers and programs. We plan to create an arts network to share information and increase resources for participants and providers. If you need help filling out the survey or would like to answer verbally please call Betsy at 919-271-3001.
