Submission deadline: May 14, 2010

Proposals are being accepted for ninety-minute workshop sessions.

Before proceeding, please be sure to have the following ready to input (we suggest you write up your proposal in a word processing program and then paste each response into this submission form):

1. An abstract of 250 words or less describing your proposed workshop.

2. A workshop title and an 80 word or less “program ready” abstract for the conference brochure. AFCC reserves the right to edit descriptions for consistency.

3. A brief outline of your proposed workshop, preferably in bulleted-list format.

4. Three learning objectives that will be addressed by your proposed workshop.

5. Complete contact information for all proposed presenters.

6. The name of the person who will be coordinating your workshop.

7. Contact information for two professional references.

8. Resumes for all proposed presenters (emailed to afcc3@afccnet.org).

Maximum of four presenters per workshop. Please note that the deadline for proposals is May 14, 2010. AFCC is unable to guarantee consideration of incomplete proposals or those submitted after the deadline. AFCC offers a reduced registration rate for conference presenters but is unable to reimburse for travel and related expenses. Fax, mail and email submissions will not be accepted.
