Your Views Matter

At The Mulberry Centre, we are committed to providing counselling, complementary therapies, wellbeing classes, informative workshops, and social and creative activities free of charge.
Like many charities, we are facing rising operational costs and increasing challenges in raising the funds needed to cover essential day-to-day running costs. These include keeping the Centre clean and welcoming, providing refreshments, maintaining our information systems, booking appointments and sending reminders, and covering heating, lighting and other core running costs.
As part of our longer-term planning, we are exploring whether introducing a small administrative contribution (for example, £10 per month) could help support these essential costs.
No decision has been made. Before considering any changes, we want to understand the views of the people who use our services. Your feedback is extremely important and will help inform any future decisions.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
