1. The Human Sexuality and Health Committee at Wolf Creek Online High School is committed to providing a comprehensive approach to human sexuality to all students based on state standards.

We understand that topics of human sexuality can be controversial and so we want to gain input by parents and students into what information is needed at Wolf Creek Online High School.

Please rate the following categories on importance of being taught in mandatory health classes at Wolf Creek Online High School.

 1-Must be taught in mandatory health classes2-Probably should be taught in mandatory health classes5-I am indifferent if this needs to be taught in health classes9-I don't believe that this should be taught in health classes10-I strongly disagree with adding this content to mandatory health classes

2. What role do you think the family and family values should play in a school curriculum providing information to all students on human sexuality?

Please add comments here on what information you would like to receive at home ahead of the lessons in order to discuss them at home with students.

3. Wolf Creek also offers optional speakers for students in addition to the mandatory curriculum in the Health Classes.

At all times that human sexuality will be discussed by a speaker parents will receive a letter from the school and be able to opt out of participation in the speaker. Students will not lose any course credit for not participating in the speaker event.

The Human Sexuality and Health Committee would like to gain input into what types of information Wolf Creek families feel is most appropriate.

Speakers providing samples for students to take with them of the above.
Speakers providing information on where to obtain samples of the above on students personnel time but not distributing them at Wolf Creek.
Speakers providing their contact information for future reference to students.

5. The committee is working to put together a list of resources that will be available to students and parents pertaining to the subjects of human sexuality and dating norms.

How should this information be distributed to Wolf Creek students and parents?

6. The committee is planning a spring parent and student evening to discuss teenage sexuality.
The evening would include dinner and an opportunity for parents and students to work in separate groups and also together on how to discuss issues surrounding human sexuality.
