Hello,
thank you for clicking on the link in our email and agreeing to complete the survey. The survey will ask you about a number of things:
(i) you and your organisation;
(ii) The Capacity and Awareness Raising Training Day
(iii) The resources - the toolkit, information pack and DVD;
(iv) The web resources and support
(v) The impact of the resources and the day on policy and practice.


You will be asked at the end whether you would be willing to participate in a confidential, follow up interview.

You will also be asked whether you are willing to organise a parental focus group for the evaluation.
