1. Masterclass Registration - Identifying Waste

At the Practitioner Forum on 30th April we announced the beginning of a new service offering for members - virtual masterclass sessions!

The details for the very first session are:

Topic: Identifying waste within your process
- An interactive introduction to the concept of waste within business processes.

Date: Friday 4th June
Time: 11am - 12noon
Target audience: Yellow Belts and Green Belts (Black Belts and Master Black Belts are more than welcome to join and share their experiences with the group too)

If you are interested in attending please register below. A link to join the masterclass will be emailed to you a couple of days before the event along with dial in details for the phone hook-up.

We'd also love to hear any ideas you have for future masterclass topics - and are looking for presenters if you're keen.

Going forward we will be running these sessions on the first Friday of every month, so you'll always know when to expect a class if you are looking to join one.
