National Rowing Census |
In order for RA to prepare an accurate submission to the ASC and to maximise the potential for rowing to receive a meaninful portion of the $195 million of new funding to Australian sport, we require an accurate measurement of the involvement of all Australians in the sport of rowing at any level.
To achieve this I have commissioned a 'National Rowing Census' which will be collated using this survey.
I am aware that some individuals, organisations and school associations have previously been hesitant in providing such information due to concerns over the payment of affiliation fees. I can assure you that the information provided will be used solely for the purpose of collating this critical information and preparing an accurate submission to the ASC. The information provided will only be sighted by members of the RA office and no affiliation or membership fees will be paid as a result.
