SOCIAL SPIDER CIC, the social enterprise that publishes One in Four is trying to find out how One in Four changes the lives of people that read it. To do that, we’d like to survey as many readers as possible to get a real picture of how our magazine affects your life.
We’re doing this so that we can find out if we really are making life better for people with mental health difficulties and meeting our aims of helping people get through life.
We want to know what everyone thinks. It doesn’t matter if you’re a person with mental health difficulties yourself, a carer, a professional or someone who just reads the magazine.
This survey should take about 10 minutes. If you complete it, you will be entered into a prize draw to win £100. The winner will be selected on March 5th 2012. Only one entry per address will be accepted.
