This Experiential Testimony Training will include:
~Identify the role difference between the prosecution and defense.
~Facilitate the questioning of a SANE during trial.
~Identify the procedural rules of court as the pertain to testifying as a SANE.
~Demonstrate an understanding of the process of preparing to testify at a criminal trial.
~Demonstrate the difference between direct examination and cross examination testimony.
~Practice testifying as a fact witness in your role as a SANE nurse.
