Co-op Conversation

The Co-op Conversation will utilize Open Space Technology, a powerful method for bringing diverse groups together to create outcomes. Beginning with ideas generated by seven constituent groups in Stage 1 who represent the core of our organization, we will form broader focus groups in Stage 2 that synthesize the ideas into results which will be brought to the final, large-scale Co-op Community Conversation in Stage 3.
