* 1. Shift wants to include your voices about the rights of sex workers in Calgary!

We are looking to gather your thoughts to create a booklet on sex workers’ rights, voices and choices. If you are a current or former sex worker in Calgary, please take a moment to fill out this online survey. The survey is designed so that the questions are open-ended and the answers submitted will be selected to include in the booklet.

We will use the booklet as part of our handout material at presentations and other events. We hope to get a diverse range of responses that will ultimately reflect the diversity of people within the sex industry. The information gathered will not be used for research purposes, but rather to gather anecdotal perspectives from sex workers in Calgary.

Please note that depending on the amount of information submitted as a whole, we will have to be selective in choosing comments to include in the booklet. Shift also reserves the right to ownership of the comments once submitted.

All submissions will remain anonymous. This means that nobody's name will appear anywhere in the booklet. Examples of specific locations may be edited in order to protect people's privacy. For example, particular streets or intersections may be re-named to protect the confidentiality of sex workers in that region.

Deadline for submissions is May 31, 2012
