IA10 Student Award Nomination Form

 

TechColumbus and COSI are looking for the best and brightest young innovators to share their ideas and compete for the chance to win two $2500 scholarships!

Use this online form to nominate Central Ohio high school students (grades 9-12) who excel in the STEM disciplines – science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. A student may also apply directly without being nominated.

By January 4, 2011, students must submit the following to be considered for an award:

• Entry form (available on our website)
• Most current academic transcript
• Statement of Activities, Honors, & Leadership
• One letter of recommendation
• An essay discussing the student's science abilities, what he or she has learned about the field, what strengths and weaknesses the student possesses, and what the student's aspirations are for a STEM career.

Entries should be submitted to Milan Jovanovic at Student@TechColumbusInnovationAwards.org.. Winners will be announced at the Innovation Awards gala on February 3, 2011.
