We are considering the addition of some new classes this spring. These classes would center around our priorities of slowing down and getting the most from life. They might include topics such as fitness, weight loss, cooking, self-defense, yoga, and the arts, to name only a few.
We expect this brief survey to take about 5 minutes to complete and will help us ensure that we offer classes that are both meaningful and convenient for you!
