1. Programming Survey

 
In order to better serve our community through the programs we offer at the Sand Lake Center for the Arts, we would appreciate your help and suggestions. Please complete this brief questionnaire or, if you prefer, answer particular questions, only. When you have completed the survey, click "Done" at the bottom of the page. Your responses will be sent directly to our Survey Committee who will compile and analyze the results. Thank you.

1. Circle Theatre Players’ season consists of four plays, typically in the following categories: drama, comedy, mystery and works of area playwrights. Please comment on any you have seen and give us your suggestions for any other plays you might like to attend.

2. Squire Jacob Coffee House currently offers acoustic music in a variety of styles from classical to traditional and contemporary folk music in its diverse forms. Please comment on those you have attended. If you have suggestions for other styles of music or for specific artists, list them here.

3. Our Gallery currently offers eight shows by individual artists or groups each year. Please comment about those you have seen. If you have suggestions for other types of wall art or for specific artists, let us know.

4. Our Youth Programming (ages 3 – 18) consists of a summer youth program of several classes, including our Youth Theatre Players; ballet classes during the year from the School of Creative Arts; a monthly theater workshop beginning in 2010; “Sundays at the Center”, a monthly series of youth/family oriented performances and workshops. Please comment and give us your suggestions for additional youth programming you’d like to see us provide.

5. We offer Special Events, many of which are annual fundraisers. These include the Taste of Sand Lake, the Holiday Art Fair, a benefit concert, and a celebration of Saint Patrick’s Day. We also offer lectures and show films. Please comment and let us know if you have suggestions for other special events.

6. Other suggested programs include a film series, lectures, poetry readings, a book group, additional arts and photography workshops, electronic media workshops, open stage for musicians, and creative movement offerings such as dance, Zumba, Yoga, and Nia. Let us know if you would be interested in any of these or anything else.

9. Please let us know if you would like to become a volunteer at the Sand Lake Center for the Arts. Our ability to deliver quality programs depends upon volunteers to plan, organize, market and implement them! There is sure to be a volunteer opportunity to fit your interests and availability.
