Introduction

Thank you for participating in this survey! Your answers will provide crucial insight into the tools small cities can use to improve their local water quality through stormwater management. This survey will take you 10 minutes to complete.

This survey is geared for:
City staff, watershed councils, private businesses, and professional individuals with interest or experience in stormwater projects in small cities within the Willamette Basin.

My name is Linsey Payne and I am a graduate student in the Landscape Architecture and Community and Regional Development programs at the University of Oregon. Small cities (approximately 50,000 people or fewer) in the Willamette Basin are facing increasing regulations by the Oregon Department of Environmetnal Quality to meet their water quality thresholds for bacteria, temperature, and mercury. This study hopes to discover what barriers are keeping these cities from incorporating natural systems into their stormwater management plans.
