This is the tool being used to sign up for the Snowball Express Terminal Departure Volunteers on December 13, 2009. THIS IS NOT THE SIGN UP SHEET FOR THE MOTORCYCLE ESCORT RIDERS. This mission will consist of providing assistance at the terminal as the families get there and get ready to get on the planes to go home. You may be helping with baggage, keeping folks going in the right direction, etc. There is a limit of about 20 people requested by Snowball Express for this mission. You can either work the first 4 hours, the second 4 hours or the entire event.
YOU WILL ENTER THE AIRPORT THROUGH THE TOLL BOOTHS AS IF YOU WERE CATCHING A FLIGHT AND THEN GO TO TERMINAL "C", GATES 2,4,6 - PARK - AND GO INSIDE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO INTO THE SECURE AREA.
Sign-up will close at 8:00 AM on December 11, 2009 or whenever a sufficient number of volunteers is reached.
After you have signed up please check back to see when the survey has actually closed. If it has and you didn't take yourself off the list, you are signed up and counted in the number expected to be there by Snowball Express. Please don't fail to show up.
