We deeply appreciate that you entrusted us with your children this summer, and while we had a great summer together, there is so much room for growth. Thank you for taking the time to respond to these questions to let us know what we did well and what we should work on for next year. We will raffle off 2 $100 rebates to Moshava Ba'ir for the summer of 2011 to families that complete this survey. These rebates have no cash value and may not be transferred. Please note that while you are free to fill this survey out anonymously, in order to be entered in the raffle, you will have to let us know your name.
