Your time is valuable. We know that and greatly appreciate that you will take time to answer our survey questions here. Even if you have completed surveys in the past - this is a NEW and more specific survey and the information from previous ones DO NOT translate. We are starting afresh!

Please take the few minutes we are requesting and fill this out completely and submit. The information you can provide to us will help us to gear our future efforts.

Even if you have NOT held an engineering internship/co-op at any time while at UIC and/or have NOT been employed as a Graduate Assistant(GA) or Research Assistant(RA) at UIC, please respond to all questions accordingly.
