SOCIAL HOSTING SURVEY

1. Drug Free Caroline Coalition Social Hosting Survey

Research indicates that most underage drinking takes place in private settings such as home parties. To reduce youth access to alcohol effectively, social access must be addressed in addition to retail and bar sales. Please take a moment of your time to complete the survey below to help the Coalition understand the community awareness and understanding of the effects of social hosting and underage drinking.

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN THIS SURVEY, PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT. PLEASE PASS THE CONTACT INFORMATION ON TO SOMEONE ELSE YOU KNOW WHO MAY BE INTERESTED IN COMPLETING THE SURVEY. THANK YOU!!
