. Should FABA create a yearly marketing plan and include this in the annual membership fee? IF so, the membership fee would have to be higher, but then you would NOT have to pay extra for joint marketing campaigns that you vote on. This would guarantee seasonal ads for the neighborhood that would feature your business with professional graphics, and ads in the City Paper, PW, Daily News, etc.
