The Bandar Seri Begawan Development Master Plan (BSB-DMP) is an effort to envision the future of the capital city of Brunei and create a plan for implementing the vision. The project is sponsored by the Municipal Department of Bandar Seri Begawan, under the auspices of the Ministry of Home Affairs. During this master plan process the consultant team will identify and analyze existing conditions; project future growth and the demands on infrastructure; develop a vision that integrates the desired goals of the stakeholders and people of BSB while accomodating the future growth; and finally, propose implementation strategies to realize the vision of the plan.

This Public Consultation is the second of two major consultation exercises. The outcome will shape the Development Masterplan for the overall city of Bandar Seri Begawan.

The process will showcase the resulting evolution of the Development Masterplan based on the first Consultation.

The public input gained from all these Consultations will ultimately be brought into the broader Working Committee, including the Consultant Team, the Municipal Board of Bandar Seri Begawan, and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
