State of Ohio Gifted Identification and Service Status Survey

 

The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the impact of new gifted funding system revised in House Bill 1 on district gifted services and staffing. All information collected in this survey, including the identities of the survey respondent and district will remain completely confidential.

If you are answering this survey as an ESC coordinator, you may answer the survey more than once for each district you serve. If you are answering the survey more than once, you do not need to answer questions 19 - 24 more than once.

This survey should take ten to fifteen minutes to complete.
