Thank you for your interest in shaping the development of the HCA Hub. The Hub is being developed by the HCA Academy, the skills arm of the HCA. CLES Consulting has been commissioned by the Academy to set up and manage the 'Friends of the Hub' panel, which will review the value and usability of Hub resources in order to ensure they are practical and practitioner-focused.

Every four months, panel members will be sent one of the resources available on the HCA Hub for review. Subsequently, we will ask you to complete a short web-based survey, which will explore how useful you found the resource, and the effect it has had (or is likely to have) on your working practice. We are seeking panel members who will commit to undertaking four such surveys through to March 2011.

In addition to having the opportunity to shape this exciting new website for the sector, we are pleased to be able to offer panel members free electronic access to CLES publications, discounted access to CLES training and events, and 'fast track' access to the HCA Academy's In a Nutshell online sustainable communities workshops.

In order to develop a final shortlist of potential members, and to ensure that the panel is broadly representative across the themes under which the Hub will be structured, we would be grateful if you could answer the following questions. This should take no longer than five minutes. If you have any queries, please contact Victoria Bradford or Francis Markus, members of the CLES Consulting Friends of the Hub team, either by email or by telephoning 0161 236 7036.
