REQUIREMENTS: Compass Project Leaders must either have an MBA from one of our partner schools (Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, Chicago, Tuck, Darden, Duke, Northwestern, Yale, Columbia, MIT, Michigan or Cornell) or have Compass project experience along with a recommendation from your former Project Leader.
DEADLINE: The deadline for Project Leader applications is Friday, Sept. 3, 2010. New Project Leader applicants will be interviewed between August 23 and September 8. We will contact selected Project Leaders on September 13.
TIMING: Project Leaders will be trained in September, and will begin working with clients in October to develop the project scope and letter of engagement. Project teams will be formed in mid-October.

Project Leader Training (New PLs) - Monday, September 20
Project Leader Training (All PLs) - Tuesday, October 5
Project Launch - Wednesday, September 29
Volunteer Orientation - Monday, October 25
Service Line Training - Thursday, November 4
