Built in the 1950’s, the building was originally used by Miller's Radio and Television Supply, an independently owned business that sold televisions, radios and electronic parts to meet the new demand for these luxury items.
Why Zenith Lofts?
During the 1950’s, Miller’s Radio and Television Supply sold a substantial amount of Zenith radios. Zenith was a high-end American company that introduced the portable radio, push button tuning, wireless remote controls & FM multiplex stereos (Zenith was acquired by LG Electronics in 1995 and still exists today). Zenith means pinnacle, or high point.
