The Strategic Planning Steering Committee has been meeting monthly this semester to work on developing a draft vision statement and strategic priorities to guide the university's actions for the next 3-5 years. The Strategic Plan is intended to be visionary and to position the University to differentiate itself from its peers to ensure long term viability/sustainability.

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from the UW-Platteville community regarding the draft vision and priorities formulated by the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee is a representative body and needs your input to improve and/or revise these concepts.
Definitions:

Strategic Plan - Long term plan which integrates planning campus-wide, is transformational, and creates clarity around priorities and vision

Vision – What you strive to be

Strategic Priority - Where you will put efforts and resources over a certain period of time

Stakeholder - Anyone directly impacted by the plan

Initiative - Particular action item(s), often grouped
