* 1. What typically keeps you from taking action that you KNOW is important to building your business?

  This is a big, honkin', ugly challenge It's a mondo challenge It's kind of a challenge It's just a baby challenge Challenge, schmallenge!
I have so many ideas I feel paralyzed: I can't decide what to address first, so I don't address anything.
I often know what I want to address, but I often can't get my arms around the task - it seems too big.
No one is there to push me to do the uncomfortable things, and I go too easy on myself.

* 2. Assume you're designing the perfect system that will keep you accountable for doing the tough stuff to grow your business. What are the most important features for this system to have?

  GIVE THAT TO ME! Oh, yeah! I guess that's nice... And I would want that...why?
There would be accountability calls: I would talk to a real live person and report that I did (or didn't) complete my tasks.
I would get e-mail nudges, reminding me of what I'd committed to do.
I would be held accountable every day.
I would be held accountable three days a week.
I would be held accountable once a week.

* 3. Assume you have the chance to be part of a group of entrepreneurs who hold each other accountable for growing their respective businesses. What would provide you with most value?

  That's PERFECT for me! That would be a huge help. Sounds pretty good. Seriously?
The focus of the group is 100% on accountability.
