SPeRS is the leading industry organization providing systems design guidance for the use of electronic records and signatures under state and federal UETA and ESIGN legislation. Our goal is to promote quality ecommerce applications and promote the growth of electronic commerce. As a result, the SPeRS Drafting Committee is very interested in learning about how you are either currently using SPeRS or plan to use SPeRS in the future to enable us to improve our product.
