Design for Construction Safety (website)

Researchers at Bucknell University and Oregon State University are conducting academic research on Design for Construction Safety (DfCS). DfCS is a process in which the safety and health of construction workers is explicitly considered during the design of the permanent features of the facility. For example, engineers may design steel connections to allow for safe access and installation by steel erectors. Some safety professionals believe DfCS can help make construction sites safer and less unhealthy

We would very much appreciate your sharing your views of DfCS by answering the questions below. We anticipate the survey will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be anonymous; it will not be possible to identify any individual who completes the survey. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
