1. Hands that Give Response Information
HTG is forming an emergency response team with two components. One is a team to respond to disasters such as hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, fires, floods, etc. affecting IT solution providers. The other is to respond to Personal Crises affecting HTG members, including sickness, divorce, death of a key employee, etc.
This survey contains the information necessary for the HTG Hands That Give emergency response program. Please fill out the survey in its entirety.
By submitting this information you are granting permission for the Hands That Give oversight team to access your life, legacy and DRP/BC plans hosted on the HTG Anchor site in the event that a disaster or crisis is declared.
