1. Introduction
The UPEI Campus Nutrition Advisory Committee is interested in your opinion of campus food services.
This committee, which was formed in the winter of 2010, includes students from the Department of Family & Nutritional Sciences, faculty and staff as well as representatives from food services at UPEI. This Campus Nutrition Survey is the first step in conducting a scan of campus food services. We plan to use findings from this survey to enhance food services on campus and work towards a comprehensive campus nutrition policy.
We are conducting a survey in order to find out your opinions regarding the food services at UPEI.
All information will be confidential and only summary answers will be reported. This survey has been approved by the Faculty of Science Ethics Committee.
