Vendor Application Form for Spread Love Events
Cost per table/per event: $50

1. Payment must be made (10) days in advance of event via paypal.
2. Vendor must provide table and black cloth cover.
3. 6' by 4' space must be reserved twenty (20) days prior to event.
4. Tables must be set up before 8:30 pm on Friday (day of event).
5. Tables must be removed no later than 2:00 am Saturday (end of event).
6. All items to be sold must be approved by Spread Love event coordinator in advance of the show.
7. Vendors are NOT permitted to sell food or beverage at the event.
8. Please send all workers names (not to exceed five (5) persons) in advance. No extra-non paying guests or co-vendors are permitted. You will receive admittance passes in advance or upon entering the event when you submit payment to Spread Love event coordinator.

Note: If vendor requires electricity, Spread Love event coordinator must be notified (10) days in advance of event. There is no guarantee that vendor will have access to electrical outlets.

Vendor shall keep Spread Love harmless and indemnify licensor against any and all claims, demands, losses, cost, damage suites, judgements, penalties, expenses and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the operation of the vendor's space. Vendor shall conduct business and maintain such premises in strict compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and other requirements of any federal, state, county, municipal or other government and will obtain all necessary permits, licenses, or other consent for the operation of your business. This document serves as an agreement between Spread Love/Kemit Muzik LLC. and you as a vendor.
