7. Your session must be pre-paid at least two weeks before the appointment. Due to Connie's long waiting list, if payment is not received, your appointment will be canceled and you will be notified.

8. Late Cancellation, late payment, and No Show Policy

To better accommodate those on my waiting list, we have instituted the following policy.

If we do not receive payment at least two weeks prior to your appointment, your session will be canceled.

If you find it necessary to cancel or change an appointment, contact us at least 72 hours (3 days) ahead of the scheduled appointment. Any changes or cancellations less than 72 hours in advance, or missed appointments, will obligate you to pay for the originally scheduled time.

Appointments begin on time. If you are late to an appointment, you will lose those minutes. Connie will wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she will consider the caller a No Show, and will not wait any longer.

There are no refunds, and the appointment is nontransferable due to Connie's limited availability and the specialized nature of her sessions.

Should you feel this policy is unreasonable, please discuss it with us. Thank you.
