Hi!

Thanks for taking the time to fill out our General Info survey for House of PainT 2011. We're working hard to build a House you'll love and we need your input into the process. There are only 10 questions and they should only take about 5-10 minutes of your time.

A few things to remember as you go through this:

1) Give us as much or as little information as you are comfortable with. All surveys are anonymous.

2) The House of PainT is run by a small collective of artists working part time on a limited budget. We see the House of PainT as a community driven event, so it's super important to us that we hear from our community. This survey is about making sure we're on the right track.
