All-Star Kids recognizes students who are setting a positive example for their peers. These students are “quality kids” who might not excel academically or athletically, but demonstrate a positive attitude, good behavior and work hard in and out of the classroom. Each winning student will receive four (4) tickets to a pre-selected Cavaliers home game, four (4) passes to the Court Club and special in-game recognition.

Nomination forms will be accepted until March 1, 2013, and selections will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The following criteria should be considered when making your nomination:

•The student displays solid academics or improvement
•The student has a positive attitude
•The student displays good citizenship and behavior
•The student is actively involved in his/her community

Please include all supporting information or documentation to support your nomination if necessary.
