Pediatric Disaster Reponse in Haiti

This survey is being conducted with the support of the American Academy of Pediatrics in an effort to identify some lessons learned from pediatrician volunteer experiences in Haiti and to improve pediatric preparedness for future natural disasters. Completion of this survey should take less than 10 minutes.
