5. Every student is required to take PE in middle school. Please rate the following PE classes in order of interest.

NOTE: You may "Opt out" of PE by obtaining a PE waiver from your PE teacher. You must actively participate in aerobic sports outside of school in order to be considered for a waiver. Your PE teacher will evaluate your fitness before signing a waiver form.
