Learning Disabilities Association of Hawaii (LDAH), is conducting a brief survey of Hawaii parents of children with disabilities ages birth to 26. Because you have contacted LDAH in the past, we would truly appreciate it if you would take a few moments to provide your input. All responses are confidential and individual data will not be shared with anyone outside of LDAH
