Please complete the application form below to become a mentor with the Partners for Growth program being offered by the Cape Breton Partnership. This program will provide leadership seminars for mentors as well as roundtable opportunities with mentors and mentees. It is the goal of the Cape Breton Partnership to engage both the mentors and mentees in a rewarding experience. The information gathered below will be used to most appropriately match mentors and mentees based on career and volunteer goals and personal interests.
